About

Requirements first. Then everything else.

Most projects that miss do so before a line of code is written: the requirement was vague, the scope was guessed, or the people paying for it were never really heard.

For 3+ years I have worked in that gap, across pre-sales, partnerships, operations and cybersecurity. At OrangeHRM I gather requirements from global partners and clients, map them to the product, and design the solution with the technical team.

I have worked with US and Australian clients under ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA, and I use AI tools daily to speed up analysis, documentation and delivery.

How I work

Four steps from a business need to a working system.

AI use-case scoping: identifying where ML adds value, and what data and success criteria it needs.

  1. Understand

Gather business requirements from partners, clients and stakeholders.

  2. Map and design

Map requirements to product capability, then configure or design the solution with the technical team.

  3. Document

BRDs, specification documents, LOE estimates and proposals.

  4. Deliver and grow

Support delivery, track outcomes, and identify upsell and improvement opportunities.

  • Vulnerability detection and risk analysis

Teams faced more vulnerability findings than they could act on. Safe Space is a risk scoring system that prioritizes findings by severity, exploitability and contextual threat data, with ML to improve classification.

  • Penetration testing and analysis

Development and operations teams needed clear guidance on their exposure. Penetration tests with OWASP ZAP and Burp Suite uncovered XSS, SQL injection and server misconfiguration, with remediation reports aligned to the OWASP Top 10.

  • AI compliance auditing platform

Teams had no fast way to check content against regulation. GuardRail audits images, text and video against GDPR, consumer law and custom frameworks, then suggests fixes and exports a PDF report.

  • Internal systems for national exchange operations

AIESEC in Sri Lanka needed dependable internal systems for exchange operations. I led a cross-functional team delivering internal CRM systems and OGX platform enhancements, gathering requirements from national stakeholders.

  • In stealth

    AI-native agency operating system

Agencies run onboarding and delivery across too many disconnected tools. AgencyOS is a modular, AI-first system for the whole workflow, from client onboarding to campaign execution.
